For the record, let me say that the TN DMV is populated entirely with arseholes. Second, let me say that if I can in fact draw pay from ROTC Scholorship and the Mongomry GI Bill, there will be a party at my place, beer on the government.

I hate having to think about money, but between collage and life in general, I'm having tp play with the next four years of money that I don't even have yet! Suck.
